I have one years exsperience with
java. All the jobs in Canada seem
to require 4 years experience. Is this for real ? Or is there something I dont see. There is absolutly NO entery level (fresher) for development firms. I work for a med lab that is just not big enough to use
EJB, non of the big firms will not hire me without being an "expert" in it.
I am considering geting out of this industry. What do you think ?
