Hi, Ranchers
I have this problem, help me please.
In my JSP I want read BLOB (rs.getBlob("PICTURES")). But I get "UnsupportedOperationException".
I have oracle 8.1, tomcat403 and W2K.
I'm using odbc-jdbc bridge, driverClassName=sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver.
My driver is Oracle ODBC Driver v 8.01.07.00

Do I need another (newer) driver, or causes this problem something else?
Thank U
Good luck

I think the reason is that the JDBC-ODBC Driver does not support BLOB's. So when you call the method getBLOB() you call an unsopportet driver method.
So better try to get the Oracle Thin Driver to access your Oracle Database. Then it should work.
