I have 7 yrs of exp in telecom domain and presently working as tech lead.
I have got an offer with Torry Harris - UK as Systems Analyst.
How much Pay package can be expected ?
If everything goes fine, accepting the offer with THBS is good ?
How is THBS as a company ?

Is the offer for India or UK. I know about 5 guys working in India. They are all happy. Three of them are staying outside India since 3 years.

But am offered for THBS - UK.
Pradeep, can I know more about the company from your frends in THBS as you said.
