I had a friend who worked in HSBC, Pune. He advised me never to join HSBC. I think it was majorly because of very bad work culture.

Thats all I know abt it.
Anyway, all the best to you in case you get selected.

With less than 1 year experience you will be treated as a fresher by all big companies. So if HSBC is having requirement for freshers your resume will be considered. In the interview your SCJP will give weightage to other freshers who dont have.
