I have an offer from CapGemini & Mphasis.Both offer same salary.Which one is better place to work - culture wise,work wise,Onsite opportunities etc?Thanks in advance.

I think Cap Gemini is better.Mphasis,I have heard some bad impressions.

I feel CapGemini is better. Moreover Mphasis is not doing so great.

The only investment you can do in MPhasis is buy their stock and hope that IBM / Oracle purchase it. Otherwise as others have said, MPhase has not been doing well. Beware of CGEY (Capgemini) since they seem to have bad working hours. Again this is hearsay so you better verify.
