when i'm trying to connect to the oracle database i'm getting the following error -

Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=135294976)(ERR=12505)
(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4)))).

Check to make sure that the SID specified is correct.
Give more details about your application environment, so that I could give a step by step checklist.
