Happent to have

1>an offer from Sapient 4 lac(including bonus ) + 50 k relocn

2>Qwest Software Services (4.5 lac + bonus about 45 k), a fully owned subsidiary of qwest communications USA (49 bn $ ). Of a total strnength of about 170 , 75 odd IITians

Ranchers , any advice..

me totally confused ...have time till tomorrow noon to decide

Don't know much about second one ,but Sapient no doubt would be very good choice ,you would get excellent exposure there,though deadlines would be very tight,but I suppose in initial year of career you can work hard ,so I would suggest to opt for Sapient.
By the way How much experience you have ?

I feel Sapient is better compare to Qwest

if you are a technology person dont go for sapient.not a great company to hone your technical skills.
