What Anand is trying to say is that undescriptive subjects aren't going to get people to look at your post which reduces the chances of it getting answered. You should take a look at How To Ask Questions On Java Ranch and specifically Use A Meaningful Subject Line.

Hi Mohan,
You can try giving ads in some local news paper and take up relatively small sized web application projects. THats a good way to start freelancing I think.
