Hi,

I've an offer with HP chennai for 4.2 and CTS chennai with 3.82 as a Java candidate. I had already posted in this site but still I'm not able to take a final decision.

My current CTC is 3.1. I'm not much bothered about the salary difference in CTS and HP.

I just want to know what is the scope for growth technically in both. I want to have good exposure in varied technologies.

I have 2+ years of experience and can anyone tell me if the pay CTS offers me is worth a change?

Moreover after hearing about HP laying off people in today's papers I'm a bit worried to take up that offer. Can anyone guide me as I've to tell my decision to both the companies in 2 days?

Thanks in Advance

Shankar

Now HP Global Soft and HP are same. So in HP Global Soft you will be working on HP products or projects. There are few projects for outside clients. Recently in India HP didnt laid off people and I wont thinki it will happen near by future.

CTS is known for its onsite opportunities. If you look for onsite, CTS would be the right one.
