Its a good company and they have main office in Noida. Recently they merged with Headstrong Corporation

Techspan/Headstrong is a very good company.The bangalore office caters to Wallstreet firms. Pay is market rate(better than Indian shops but not like product companies).

I can say that the onsite opps in Noida office are quite decent,but would be short term.

The best thing is the work culture. They have a very open culture unlike Indian companies, there is a culture of transparency.Above all working there is not a drag.There is no funda of late sitting, if not required.

Lot of people regret leaving this company and try to come back .

hey ur frnds got into techspan or not?Is he is +2exp?from someWhere I found they do:Web Enabled Enterprise Applications (WEEA), Telecom Network Management Systems (TNMS), Solutions (Customer Relationship Management).also they have done some partnership with pramiti tech!!.Do have any id/ref for applying to this.Projects are on .net & j2ee.

his final round(client interview) is yet to happen. he has around 3.5 yrs of exp.
so the bangalore office caters to which domain ?.

he recently got the offer letter. pay is pretty good.
will be great if somebody could provide more inputs regarding the kind of facility they provde and also the people management part.
