Setup ODBC?

Hi all
Do I have to setup the ODBC bridge to MS Access manually or can this be done in some onther way?

The jdbc-odbc bridge already comes with the JDK. But you have to set up a datasource name (your database) through control pane.

Sorry, If my question was a bit unclear.
Is there any possability to setup the DSN via Java code and not via the control panel. For instance via ODBCconfig or in some other way?

There's no way to set up a DSN through the Java API. Too platform specific. You can connect to an Access database directly using the following syntax:
