Xansa is an 'ok' company...they let you have a life outside work ...yes, people do go onsite but that should not be a criteria for selecting a company...if it does matter, then probably one should go for TCS.....

I worked with xansa Noida, depends what are your priorities pros and cons I am listing all as they come to my mind, you can sort them out

1) Relaxed environment
2) good canteen
3) limited learning opportunities
4) Salary is less
5) Work pressure is less (Not sure if it is positive)
6) You will have job security (again not sure if important)
7) UK clients (UK economy is not really doing great)
8) Very good office and facility (water fall in the office)
9) lousy HR (common to all the companies)
10) increment is directly proportional to No of years of experience, bottom line your talent may not be rewarded unless you have n no of years to back it up
