Server configuration denies access to data source

Problem with connection pooling help
maxtive conenction (in server.xml) et to 30 (before was 450) but same problem.
After 15mn of use I get this message:
(using DBCP 1.1 Commons + tomcat 5 + mysql + MSQL/J)
