korean characters handling

Hi,

I am using JDBC preparedStatement to insert the data into Oracle 8i by reading the data from text file.The text file contains korean characters for some fields.My preparedStatement is failed to execute whenever there is a korean character.All korean characters are becoming like this "???".

Can somebody help me how to insert korean characters into Oracle using JDBC.I am reading the korean data from a text file.
