You will get a not very good free one from
Microsoft
, a resonable opensource one called
jTDS
and a very good Commercial one from
DataDirect
.

One interesting point: The JDBC driver shipped by Microsoft is actually an OEM version of the Datadirect JDBC driver:

Datadirect is probably the best choice for specialist support, etc ...
