Hi, guys:

I am using DB2, I would like to see my saved data dynamically instead of
doing query all the time, this way I can see if I save my data from user
interface really quickly: is there a way to go to db2 some directory and display dynamic data in an editor which can reload new data every time I save them?

Rick,
I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do.

Is this editor a Java program? How is the data getting updated?

In other databases this is handled by having a full gui interface which displays databases, tables, fields, rows and then by setting a refresh rate for a view of a table. Does DB2 have this? Thanks.

Rick,
Ok. Now I understand the question.

The closest db2 has is the command center. There you get a graphical result for the query. It doesn't refresh automatically though. Now that you mention it, I don't think Oracle refreshes automatically either.
