People please,
I'd really like to see someone supply Sergio with a correct solution to his problem based entirely on the information he has supplied in his post (in other words, without asking him for more information). I'll start the ball rolling...

Sergio,
I recommend not using JDBC to create stored procedures. Use the tools supplied with your database. For example, if you are using Oracle, then use SQL*Plus. If you claim that you cannot do this -- because you need to be able to create stored procedures dynamically -- then I would recommend you rethink your design. If you claim that you cannot redesign your application, then, if you are using Oracle's PL/SQL language to create your stored procedure, then you use a double hyphen to indicate comments, like so:

And if this hasn't answered your question -- and if no-one else succeeds in overcoming my challenge (of supplying an answer without receiving more information on your problem) -- then perhaps you should consider providing more details, including (at least):
  • Entire error message and stack trace you are getting.
  • The part of your java code that is causing the problem.
  • The database you are using.
  • The java version you are using.
  • The platform you are using.

  • Good Luck,
    Avi.
