Hi there
Is there anyway in postgres to start a specific (stored) proecedure at a specific time. For example, at 1:00 AM I want database to delete all the rows that have there expiryDate column less than current date.

I am new to Postgres. Any help, clue or advice is greatly appreciated.

Michael,
If you know how to run a postgres stored proc from the command line, you can have a cron job (or windows scheduler job) kick it off.
