preparestatement problem ?

hi, good day, can someone spot the mistake that i make in following preparedstatement code



as result , it do print "runnnign in delete handler" message but it didn't delete the record ..is there anything i miss out ? thank you

1) what is the delete count
2) have you tried using the DebuggableStatement?
3) have you tried the equivalent SQL in a db client?

4) Are you commiting to transaction ?
5) Does your where clause satisfy for any records

Possibilities -
1. Try using the SCHEMA name in the query.
2. Check if the condition is satisfied.
3. commit the transaction.

These shoudl help
