Is there a limit of bound variables (or bind variable, whatever) in a PreparedStatement object?

I am not sure but if I would guess , since in PreparedStament.setXXX() method argument is of int type so limit should be max value of int i.e. 2147483647. but its too much can it be .

but there must be a role of database

Thanks, good point there about the type being an int.

So there is no practical limit on the number of ?s.
