Hi

I am having problems accessing tables in an Access database. I have linked a .dat from another program into an Access database. Access does not have a problem with this and I can edit and manipulate the data as I please. But when I try to access the table from a servlet I get the following error.

java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Record(s) cannot be read; no read permission on 'tblDts'.

I have checked all the permissions on the .dat file and the Access database but can not find anything that might be giving me this error. I have create other tables in the database which I do not have any problems accessing and I have also link in .def file which I can also access.

Please can someone give me some information on why I might be getting this error.

Thank you and best regards
