SQL Exception My SQL ODBC 3.51 Driver Access Denied

I'm getting the SQL Exception MySql ODBC 3.51 Driver access Denied.

I using windows xp2 and mysql database. I tried creating both user DSN and system DSN but could not succeed.Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated!

fixed this up,

Before

DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc dbc:mySQLDSN"," "," ");

the error is i left a blank space in the user and password arguments;

just this is working fien

DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc dbc:mySQLDSN","","");
