Hi All,

I have had two interviews with one of the companies. Both the interviews were telephonic. In the first interview, I was given a general idea about the position and the project and asked few questions about my current and past projects. I was also asked 2 Technical questions.
In the Second interview, there were 4 guys , all tech leads and architects. They interviewed me for 40 minutes. It was a pure technical interview.
Now they want to have a personal interview for which I have to fly (with my expences :-( ). What kind of questions should I prepare for this interview? Will it be again technical or pure persanality or the mixture of both?

Thanks,
Trupti

Depends on company. Nothing wrong if you can ask them.

good luck

its called 'behavioral interview'
google for it and you'll find loads of questions.

they ask you 'give me an example when you had to do/face XXX'
where XXX can be any situation !

use a 'STAR' approach to attack these questions..
situation-task-action-result

and yes, you'll often have to make up stories..you cant have an answer for every possible experience, so practice enough from google.

hope that helps.
