hi,

I have 6 years experience in software development of which 4 years is in J2EE. I do not have good people management skills, though I'm good in logic and coding. So I do not want to get into project lead / project management side.
However, once you have above 3-4 years experience, that is your natural expected path of growth. Can you suggest any alternatives for my career ?

Thanks
Devi

I have worked in servlets and JSP as part of some J2EE applications. I was involved in designing and coding. Before that I have also worked in Core Java and Swing.

Thanks
Devi
