Today I got 15(!) emails from monster and dice recruiters with 2-3 minutes intervals. Did something happen today? Interesting...

I have observed significant uptick in commitment to J2EE based hirings starting from earlier this year. I am not sure why though.

Hey thats interesting. Coz I too got 22 J2EE requirements in my mailbox from various consultants. These are for demands in India.

I wonder whats happening in the J2EE domain.

All I can hope for is these are not pipeline demands for the same opportunity by different companies. Coz finally only 2-3 companies may get the project. What I mean to say is for e.g. for the GM deal if all Indian vendors were recruiting people in pipeline, eventually only CG and Wipro get it. The rest are left with J2EE resources with no projects for them.

Comments anyone?
