package oracle.jdbc.driver does not exist

my classpath in system variables is
.;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2java.zip;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc.jar;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\sqlj.zip;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc_license_cu.jar;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\bin;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\common.jar;
C:\Program Files\Oracle\ora92\jdbc\ojdbc14.jar;
C:\Sun\AppServer\jdk\bin

and my path in System variables is

and i get the error as
package oracle.jdbc.driver does not exist

Are you running a stand-alone application or an application server? Usually this problem is caused by setting the driver on the classpath but not placing the JAR in the correct location for the app serever.
