Hi,

Im looking at a form which searches for multiple keywords and brings back valid results like google but on a much smaller basis. The keywords would be in one field in one table in one database.

I could do this easy with one word, how do i do this with multiple words?

Thanks in advance

Alan.

Al, read into MySQL full text search capability in MyISAM tables.

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/fulltext-search.html

Full Text is nice but it only works on MyISAM tables which do not support referential integrity, if you need ri then you can use the SQL Like statement in combination with % and ? to make your searches those are slower than Full Text and lacking some good full text features but still an alternative.

Good luck.
