hi

how to manage database access?

often i see people who create a user on the db to open a connection..... and after it check in the db if the username and password match with the database...... seem to easy to be the best way.....

Yes, that is common. Typically, there is an "administrative" database user. You don't want to create database accounts for every web user. So that database user checks the password table to see if the web user should have access.
