I went to the interview with a company. It went pretty well, the woman who interviewed me told me that she will contact me in a week. I found this company thru the same company's recruiter. After a week no answer. I called recruiter and sent her follow-up email, she said that company needs more time to interview more people. What can I do besides waiting?

Sorry dude!
Or maybe the project for which you were being recruited got postponed or cancelled.
Or maybe they found better people and are awaiting them to accept, if they dont they may get in touch with you.
Or maybe they are not getting timeslot of HR people for final interview.
There can be n number of reasons. No point trying to guess. Just carry on with life. They would get back to you if they need you. No point following up with them.
On your way in you may have missed that JavaRanch has a policy on display names, and yours does not comply with it - please adjust it accordingly, which you can do right here. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.
I have done a lot of interviews over the past 5 years. If some one is not really up to the mark, then the interviewer will say it so immediately. If some one is really good, then the interviewer would want to act on quickly making an offer as soon as possible. If you fall some where in between, or the interviewer is waiting on acceptance from another candidate it can drag on.
There are also other reasons like project might be temporarily on hold etc. You learn from every interview, so take it positively and learn from each interview. While you are waiting for a reply, reflect back on your interview and analyse what you could have done better and prepare yourself for other interviews and apply for more jobs.
