Hi I got an offer from Infotech, Hyderabad in Engineerin Design field.
But they are asking a bond for 2 years. Please let me know whether this can be acceptable and is the company good enough to join with a Bond?

If this is Infotech Enterprises Ltd. it should not be a issue if you are seeking entry level job .

Thanks for your Reply but the company asks the Originals also for the same 2 years that is what i am concerned about. pls advise

Please show your middle finger to the company. Job market is ripe, I bet you can find a better job with in a month. Never give your originals to any company.

It is common practice with some of Hyderabad based companies. I personally do not prefer giving my Originals to any company for whatever reason they are asking.

Hi,
1)Find out what are the terms if you break the 2 year bond.
2)If you are really willing to work with them, take a written letter from the company that they would hand over the originals as soon as you complete 2 years or break the bond in between with mutual agreement.
