It is said that ,a type_scroll_sensitive ResultSet object is scrollable and at the sametime it is sensitive to changes made by others(in the DB).

But if I talk about changes, what sort of changes ? it can be insert, update or delete .which one ? all of them ? (I think ,logically update can be detected, but about insert I am not sure).

Another thing is that ,how this type of resultsets become sensitive to changes made in the DB,I mean how they track it ?

My main confusion is that once you pick up all the records from DB for a query
(say the query that returns the record as SELECT * FROM A )and you put inside a ResultSet ,how you are tracking whether there are any changes in the DB(say table A)or not ?
