I am looking for some web application or something like that, that can be used by back office guys to update tables without writing any kind of query.

Most databases come with such tools. Which database are you using?

i am using oracle and SQL, but i dont want back office guys to have direct access to databse. they are just lay man.

Now I'm confused. You mean that the back end people should have update access to the database, but not access to the database admin functions?
