Problem on trying EJB2.0 Development Redbook example using ORCALE 9i DB

I am facing the problem in data source configuration.
I am using WSAD 5.1.2 and backend id Oracle9i.
I am uing UNIVERSAL TEST CLIENT to test my EJB bean.

When i invoke creat() method i get following error :-
