Sir,
I am a computer faculty with four more years of experience.Even though I finished my M.C.A in Nov 2000,I did not get the experience as a programmer.I knew java and J2EE programming.I did not get the programming job due to my family situation. My friends told that I should get the working experience in java to get the job in MNC companies. What will be your solution that you want to give me regarding this?Is there any possibility to get the job as java programmer as a fresher?

Thanking you.
Yours sincerely,
KRamesh

Ramesh,
Welcome to JavaRanch.

Companies do not treat you as a fresher. Try to do certification like SCJP, they do not give you job but proofs that you have good knowledge. Try small and big companies, some small companies may take you. After getting some experience in small company then you can try for MNCs.

Good luck
