Can someone help me to gain insight on what's the average salary for 3 years experienced candidate in Java/J2EE at Bangalore? FYI...My current pay is Rs.5,00,000/- PA at Chennai and I am waiting for HR round with SAP, Motorola and CA.

Thanks in advance!!

I am not sure about SAP. In Motorola, one of my friends got 5 L PA for 1 year work ex. So, I feel you can quote somewhere around 6.5-7.

"Swaroop DV",

Please look carefully at official naming policy at Javaranch & reregister yourself with proper first & last name, with a space between them. While initials may be used for a first name, they cannot be used for last names. Please adhere to official naming policy & help maintain the decorum of the forum. The naming policy can be found at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp
