Where can I find JDBC for DB2 9.

I use the DB2 Express-C 9,and can't find the JDBC for it.Is there anybody tell the url of downloading the JDBC and whether the JDBC is 4 or 3?

Yes I did.I want to make it clear that which version of the JDBC for DB2 9 is.Is it 4.0?

I tend to not worry about the level unless there's a problem with a specific driver. All and all I think the only database it mattered was with oracle and the performance differences were almost non-existent.
