Any idea about a company called EGAIN.
This company is based in Pune.

I have an decent offer from EGAIN.
Would like to know about the work , culture , people .....chance of growth,
Overall is it a good company to change for ?

I am not sure about the work culture etc over there. It all depends on your prior work ex.. and which company u r presently workin for now.
I have heard that they have got some pretty good projects. They have also got good reputation in their area. It is a middle-sized organisation and you can expect all the pros and cons of such an org. - like more visiblity, more responsiblity etc. If you are not particular about the functional domain , i think u can go for it. Again, it all depends on u r jumping from where to where.
It would be better if you could tell more about ur present company and how much hike u r getting.

E-gain is good company to join.They are having clients like GENPACT,HSBC.
and work culture is also good. I think go ahead with this offer.
