Can any one tell me or give me oracle.xdb.xmltype jar....
I need this to convert XML TYPE datatype.....

You can get same from your oracle installation.

ORA_HOME\rdbms\jlib\xdb.jar

I have located same at"C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\RDBMS\jlib" on my oracle server.
