pls tell how use sequence number

i am generated one sequesnce in oracle,
but i want to use the sequence with the prpared statemebt objects
i am using type4 driver
pls tell the procedyre how to do by using java preparedStatement

Simply use YOUR_SEQUENCE.NEXTVAL in you query
