iam getting following exception can any one help me, it is happening if it continue processing more then 65000 records all of insert statement.

Sometimes SQL errors manifest themselves in odd messages. Try to emulate the statement in command line SQL on the server. If it works, then the problem is probably not with the SQL statement itself.
