Iflex worth Joining for dotnet

I have got an offer from iflex solution, mumbai.

Is it worth joining for dotnet.

I have heard that they dont have any dotnet projects in mumbai & would be hiring for bodyshopping.

Help needed.....

iFlex doing bodyshopping? . I really doubt.They were in visa violation problem in Netherlands or Switzerland but they don't do bodyshopping.
