One company is offering me package of 4 lac yen per month for location Tokyo,Japan.My IT experience is 3 years.Is it good or bad package ?Can anybody give inputs like insurences and salary structure in Japan.

Hi,

It's like 2.5 Yen= Re.1 . Also Tokyo is one of the costliest cities in the World. Ask them about cost of living, meals, commute etc.
