Hi, Infy salary structure is to give around 30% of total salary in variable amount, which included company performance, business unit performance and individual performance. Can any one tell how much of variable amount I will certainly get.
Yes, if person is getting lets say Rs 140 then Rs 100 will be fixed and Rs 40 will be variable. Or you can say if fixed sal is 100 then 40% of this means 40 will be variable and total CTC will be Rs 140.
I know it is bad, but can any one tell does Infy pay this variable amount or not?
I too heard varaible pay is more in Infy.But generally Infy perms well every year.Hence it should not be a problem to get the complete variable pay unless particular project is screwed up.
