With the below code I am connecting to the database and getting the values.

Resultset rs = wda.getdatadatabase(quarter,month,year)

while(rs.next())

{

sDate1 = dfDate1.format(rs.getInt("YearQuarter));

}

The output I am getting from the database is 20031, 20032, 20033, 20034 where 2003 is a year 1 is the first quarter and 2003 is a year and 2 is the second quarter...soon

I would like to change 2003 1 to 2003 Q1 , 2003 2 to 2003 Q2..so on

Is it possible or not? Can anyone help me please?

Thanks a lot.

I was thinking SimpleDateFormat, but it doesn't support 'quarters', so it looks like you'll just have to read and parse the data yourself.
