If i enter �,�,� and some characters like this i m getting oracle exception. How to do validation for this. Im having a generic screen for nearly 120 tables. It is a CRUD operation. Can any one please help me to solve this issue.?

i m getting oracle exception


What might that be?

Why do you need to do validation? If your database uses unicode there should be no problem inserting these characters. If it doesn't, presumably there is a reason why it was implemented that way? In which case you have to either handle these characters in your code, or treat these errors as expected.
