Would be great if you could help me to gain insight on:

Is it good to be a part of Symbian?
How is the performance of the company & what about its future?

Are you talking about Symbian Bangalore. Symbian is a UK based company. It has recently opened its development centre in Bangalore. Symbian is doing very good and its OS is used on many handsets. Have you got an offer with Symbian. If yes, for what position & location?

Though I got the offer with Symbian Bangalore, I am in a dilemma to accept it as I also have an offer with SAP Bangalore. They both are willing to pay the same, but I am worried about the Work Culture, Visibility and Reputation of the company (Brand Recognition). Could you help me with more inputs about Symbian and SAP in this regard?

Both have different domains. What positions are they offering you?Symbian works in mobile domain whereas SAP is ERP software company. Both are leaders in their own fields.

Both companies work in different domain. Symbian is into telecom domain and SAP is in ERP. If you are from non Computer Science/Electronics background go for SAP as it easier for you to pick up ERP domain and you may need to do lot of work to gain domain knowledge in telecom.

I definitely agree with K J Reddy. If you are interested in mobile domain then Symbian would be a good choice. Also you should consider the work profile you would be getting in both the companies.
