Ishan ,

I heard that with 20 months exp. you can expect 5Lk/Anum but that depends upon your interview and interview are dammmmm.... hard to knock out.....

But still the list is really unexpectedly very short..

Still waiting for some more replies...

"Arun",
We're a friendly bunch here at the Ranch, but we take display names very seriously.

Display names must be two words: your first name, a space then your last name. Fictitious names are not allowed.

Please change your display name back since accounts with invalid display names get deleted, often without warning.

Also, please stop using abbreviations in your posts. It makes your comments harder to understand and hurts people who don't have English as their first language.

thanks,
Dave.

"Arun P",

Please look carefully at the official naming policy at Javaranch & reregister yourself with a proper first & last name, with a space between them. Initials may be used for a first name, but not a last name. Please adhere to official naming policy & help maintain the decorum of the forum. The naming policy can be found at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp
