Hi
Put all your EJB files(Home,Remote, Bean, connected files and the 2 XML files ) in a directory.
Compile them with -d option to get the packages.
Modify the 2 XML files to suit your EJB
Copy the Build tool available in Weblogic to your current directory. Modify it to suit your files and run it.
This will create a jar file which you can register in the weblogic.properties file and start the server. The bean will be deployed(The build tool is a batch file and runs the ejbc command and adds stubs and skels to the jar file).
Hope it helps

For ejb-jar.xml :

For weblogic-ejb-jar.xml

The bat file :

The above is for stateless bean. Make the require changes for your code.
