Hi friends,
I am using applet and want to access ejb's from that applet.
I wish if i would be able to start no. of threads and each of them would work to access ejb's behind the scene.
Does J2EE architecture poses any types of restrictions on accessing ejb's through threads ?
please suggest eigher resources or your opinion
thanx in advance
regards
raghav..

Hi
You dont require to start threads for accessing EJBs. The EJB container takes care of concurrency.

I meant to say that i want to some particular task in foreground ( say, showing a screen ) and some other task in background, say fetching data from the databse concurrently. For that purpose, i wanted to use threads.
Would i be able to do that, since i am storing data in a ds on applet and then showing it and the background i am continuously fetching data from db (through ejb's) ?
regards
raghav
