I have some servlets, EJB's and html files in an ear file. I have a serializable class that I pass from the EJB to the servlet.
I tried putting the class in the war file with the servlet, but the bean deployer said it couldn't find it.
I'm guessing that there is another way to work this class into the ear file.
I know I can copy the class into the lib directory for the server, but it seems there should be a way to get all my stuff into one file.
For what it's worth, I'm using Orion.
Anybody know how I go about doing this?
Anybody know how I do this?

I'm hoping for some info that would make it so my ear file will work on any J2EE server. IOW--- not orion specific stuff.
Can you tell me which part of the page you refer to is the part that answer's my question?

Most people I know of who want EJB's to work on any J2EE server use the reference addition from Sun Microsystems. As far as that page is concerned, just search the page for "helper".
